It was hot and sunny and we all had a blast today… Fun times on the lake and the land… Our spiffy new tennis sport court opened. Junior Girls were scampering up the high ropes course and Junior Boys learned to windsurf and went on trail rides. Dinner was full of amazing skits: The trippers did a fab skit with fur coat costumes about Voyageurs  to promote long canoe trips… Junior Girls evening activity was a pirate adventure extravaganza announced with a with a multi-character skit performed by staff all wearing pirate costumes and brandishing swords. Dinner was chicken parmesan, eggplant tofu parmesan for the veggies, salad of romaine with raw mushrooms, red onions and cherry tomatoes and penne. And ssert tonight drove everyone crazy – homemade dark chocolate soft cookie ice cream sandwiches.
