It was sunny and beautiful for the first day of regular programming today! Teepee Lake was teeming with boats, and on land kids rode horses, shot arrows, strummed guitars, inaugurated the new ball hockey court, and so much more. The Junior play was revealed in an epic skit as The Jungle Book and tryouts were held today (everyone who auditions gets a part), and a whole bunch of adventurous campers signed up for our specialty white water and long canoe trips. Kids and staff alike went nuts for the matzoh ball soup at lunch, and everyone is falling into bed tired but happy after a day full of fun in the sun. Can’t wait to do it all over again tomorrow!
