As we watch the sun set over Tepee Lake for the last time this session we are filled with so many emotions! We’re sad it’s over, but when we think back about the past 4 weeks we can’t help but smile with all the fantastic memories. Today was busy with packing, writing bus letters, and cramming in every last bit of cabin bonding possible. We spent a long time in the Main Lodge after lunch and dinner because of the crazy amounts of awards achieved this month. The cheers after each speech were a testament to the pride Arowhon campers take in their friends’ achievements, and the strength of friendships developed here. There’s no place like Planet Arowhon and although we’re sad to be saying goodbye to our July campers, we thank them so much for all of the great moments they provided us with that we will cherish all year long. As for the 6, and 8 weekers, we wish them a great rest (and hope you parents enjoy your time with them) and can’t wait to have them back to do it all over again!
