We had to postpone Circus Day because of the rain, but that didn’t stop the Magen Boys from coming and hosting an EPIC dance party in Rustic Lounge!!! Juniors, Inters and Seniors rocked out together and we’ve never seen so much energy or so many awesome dance moves in one place at one time!

The rain didn’t get our spirits down though – we kept playing all day long. Campfire cooking moved into Versailles and made apple turnovers. Tennis became ping pong in the staff lounge (a real treat for campers to get to see inside!) and climbing hosted a bouldering competition in the Rec Hall.

As the month progresses we’re starting to see some kids achieving higher class awards – yesterday we had 2 Raquet Rangers and one River Runner (tennis and kayaking awards between 3rds and 2nds). The Arowhon A class is also going strong and every night a huge crowd shows up to watch the incredible dock dives and graceful strokes. The rest of the Inter and Senior Boys returned from trip today, and the camp is full and happy and hoping the sun comes back tomorrow!
