We decided to spice things up a little bit at Planet Arowhon today and did a sleep in and brunch with super general and distance swims in the morning. We’re so impressed with the 5 inters and seniors who completed the 2 mile swim all the way from Joe Lake Dam to camp!

We also had cookout tonight and were treated to an outdoor singalong by the Senior Bears in their Friday night jeans and whites.

But the Friday funkiness didn’t stop there – evening activity was a showing of the new camp video that was filmed at camp last summer, and returning campers were so excited to see themselves and their staff featured on screen.

The Salamanders and Bears arrived back from their canoe trips today to wonderful welcome parties from their friends, and campers and staff are busy designing their plaques at Arts and Crafts to leave their mark on Planet Arowhon.

From Silly Sundays to Funky Fridays, it really is the summer of fun and we can’t wait to make the most out of every remaining day!
