If you’re dreaming of a wedding weekend surrounded by the natural beauty of Algonquin Park, Camp Arowhon offers a truly unique experience. Our site becomes your private retreat for a weekend filled with connection, adventure, and unforgettable moments.
Tailored to You
While we have the capacity to host large gatherings, we are not a large or commercialized business. Every wedding at Camp Arowhon is intentionally personal. We work directly with you to shape the weekend you envision, from the guest experience to the menu and schedule.
Accommodations for All Styles
We can host up to 500 guests and offer a wide variety of accommodation options to suit different comfort levels:
- Private cottages with kitchenettes, lounge areas, and en suite bathrooms
- Private bedrooms with double beds for over 100 people
- Group Cabins with bunk beds for 400 people

Activities Included
A wedding at Arowhon offers more than a ceremony. It is a full weekend of shared experience for active families and groups. Access to all of the following is included:
- Canoeing and kayaking
- Tennis and basketball courts
- Climbing wall and ropes course
- Open fields, wooded trails, and beautiful waterfront areas
Dining and Menu Planning
All meals are included throughout your stay, with the exception of the reception dinner. We will collaborate with you to design a custom menu that suits your group’s preferences and dietary needs. Whether you want something casual, formal, or somewhere in between, we can accommodate your style.
Wedding Weekend Pricing for 2026
- Site rental and staffing: $10,000
- Per guest: $400 (This includes accommodations, activities, and all meals except for the reception dinner)
- Reception dinner: $80 per person
- Minimum of 100 guests
Availability
We host only a small number of weddings each year, limited to September weekends when the fall colours are at their peak.
