Travel by Camp Bus (Toronto Area)

Travel to Camp

  • Bus Departure Dates: June 25 and July 23
  • Arrival Time: 11:00 AM
  • Departure Time: 11:30 AM
  • Location: Esther Shiner Civic Stadium- 5720 Bathurst St, North York, ON M2R 3W2
Note: Buses do not stop for lunch. Please make sure your child eats before boarding.

Travel Home

  • First Session Returns: July 8 and July 21
  • Second Session Returns: August 5 and August 17
  • Arrival Window: 11:30 AM to 12:30 PM
    • Location: Esther Shiner Civic Stadium- 5720 Bathurst St, North York, ON M2R 3W2
Younger campers (Juniors and Inters) will arrive first, closer to 11:30 AM.

Bus Seating Requests

We seat campers with others from their age group or cabin section. If your child would like to ride with a sibling or relative, requests must be submitted before June 1. We’ll do our best to accommodate.

FIRST SESSION LUGGAGE DROP-OFF

WHEN: Monday June 22nd from 4pm-8pm
WHERE:  Redway Loblaws- 11 Redway Road
The luggage truck will be parked behind the store near the dog park
Please note their is no luggage drop off for second session campers, lugagge will travel with the campers

Travel by Air (Airport Guidelines)

Supported Arrival Airport: We only receive campers at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).
Campers cannot fly into Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ).

Arrival Dates
(Inbound to Camp)

  • Arrival Window: Between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM
  • Travel Dates: June 25 or July 23

Departure Dates (Returning Home)

  • Departure Window: Between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM
  • Travel Dates: July 21, August 5, or August 17
We cannot accommodate flights that fall outside these windows.

Airport Pick-Up
Procedure

  • Arowhon staff (wearing camp shirts and holding signs) will meet campers at baggage claim
  • Please send us your child’s e-ticket or confirmation number for arrival coordination
  • Two days before travel, you may contact Jessi at info@camparowhon.com to request the name of the staff member meeting your child

Important for Air Travelers

  • All valuables (passport, phone, charger, money, tickets) should be handed to staff upon arrival
  • Campers should carry $50 CAD in case of delays
  • If your child uses an EpiPen, check airline requirements as some require a doctor’s note
  • Unaccompanied Minor Service is required for children aged 8–11 and optional for those 12–16. Must be arranged at time of booking.
