Bus Seating Requests
We seat campers with others from their age group or cabin section. If your child would like to ride with a sibling or relative, requests must be submitted before June 1. We’ll do our best to accommodate.
Travel by Air (Airport Guidelines)
Supported Arrival Airport: We only receive campers at Toronto Pearson International Airport (YYZ).
Campers cannot fly into Billy Bishop Toronto City Airport (YTZ).

Arrival Dates
(Inbound to Camp)
- Arrival Window: Between 10:00 AM and 3:00 PM
- Travel Dates: June 25 or July 23
Departure Dates (Returning Home)
- Departure Window: Between 2:00 PM and 9:00 PM
- Travel Dates: July 21, August 5, or August 17
Airport Pick-Up
Procedure
- Arowhon staff (wearing camp shirts and holding signs) will meet campers at baggage claim
- Please send us your child’s e-ticket or confirmation number for arrival coordination
- Two days before travel, you may contact Jessi at info@camparowhon.com to request the name of the staff member meeting your child
Important for Air Travelers
- All valuables (passport, phone, charger, money, tickets) should be handed to staff upon arrival
- Campers should carry $50 CAD in case of delays
- If your child uses an EpiPen, check airline requirements as some require a doctor’s note
- Unaccompanied Minor Service is required for children aged 8–11 and optional for those 12–16. Must be arranged at time of booking.
