The rain today didn’t dampen anyone’s spirits – our campers and staff put on their rain coats and kept on playing in true Arowhon style, proving that there’s no such thing as bad weather, just bad clothing. In fact the cold air made the lake feel warm in comparison, and the hot chocolate served by the trippers was icing on the cake. We a fabulous skit at dinner (Jo’s secret recipe brisket) announcing the new clean-up competition prize: an ice cream sundae party in the kitchen for the 2 cleanest cabins at the end of each week, and everyone is ready for the first day of activities tomorrow!
