We can’t believe it’s already time to say goodbye to our 2 week Juniors!

It’s been an epic 13 days with them, culminating in an incredible performance of the Junior play (Matilda, the musical, which was hilarious, adorable, and impressively well-performed), a heartwarming Junior-Senior night (where each Junior got a senior buddy, dressed like twins and sat together at supper, did evening activity together, and got tucked in by them), and a stunning torch paddle for their last night of camp.

We had a refreshing rain storm this afternoon that cooled us down from the days of hot sun, and everyone’s excited that the fire ban is finally lifted and we can roast marshmallows again!

Dinner was spaghetti, meatballs, garlic bread, and ceasar salad, with the classic fudgy brownies for dessert, reminding us of the first night of camp and how far we’ve all come since then. It’s amazing how much self-confidence, resilience, new skills, and friends kids can gain at camp in just 2 weeks time!
