Last night at 9 pm, when the Juniors were in their cabins, we led the Inters and Seniors with torches to the Main Lodge for a costumed extravaganza skit to announce The Avengers Special Day. Today four teams competed all over camp, from sail races to tug of war, and then a Marathon ending with a long swim and paddle… And in the evening a giant camp wide running game called Powder Fairies… Broken at 5:45 pm by the camp bell ringing to announce the triumphal arrival home of the 10 day whitewater trip. The whole camp cheered to welcome these Seniors as they paddled to the trip dock…. The Juniors were served breakfast in bed this morning by their trippers, and then they all left for their 3-day canoe trips.
