After a refreshing 2 days of changeover we are PUMPED to be starting all over again for another incredible month of camp! It was so great to welcome back the returning 6 and 8 weekers, and even greater to greet all the new campers who arrived today for our August session!!!

In true Arowhon tradition, today was full of spirited chorubses of “We Welcome You to Arowhon”, a delicious dinner of spaghetti, caesar salad, and of course brownies, and the first night cabin candy parties. Counsellors are going to sleep with their campers tonight so everyone can be rested and ready for tour day tomorrow (the forecast calls for nice warm weather for the swim test… but we still have a crew of trippers ready to make fires and hot chocolate just in case).

We know you parents must be so jealous of us falling asleep under the stars in our Algonquin paradise, but rest assured we are going to enjoy every moment of it and do everything we can to make it the best summer ever for your amazing kids!
